Function Harley Davidson BU Pay Band E4 to M2 Role Executive- Technical Training A purpose driven role for you Enhance Service quality and Consumer Service Experience by developing manpower technical Competency through learning and Effective utilization of Learning Centre resources in order to deliver the technical trainings Programs. A Day in the life To enhance product knowledge, develop technical skills of the dealer network To develop technical training information for the customer and dealership network Facilitate Training Nominations & Training Calendar execution Deliver all Technical & non-technical HDU courses to dealers and field teams As applicable, develop training content for market specific needs Monitor dealer staff training completion and ensure compliance with H-D requirements Training Need Analysis at Dealerships Academic Qualification & Experience B. Tech. 5-7 years in Technical and Non-Technical training Technical Skills/Knowledge Technical Knowledge of H-D motorcycles and processes ● H-D Motorcycles Diagnostics skills and Master Level Certifications in Service ops and/or PAM ● Service experience on Large Capacity multi cylinder motorcycles ● Motorcycle customization  ● Presentation & Communication skills. ● Knowledge of H-D net, SAP and H-D warranty policies shall be added advantage Behavioural Skills Strong communication skills Decisions making ability, Interpersonal skills, leadership skills to manage Training centre independently What will it be like to work for Hero As the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters for the last 22 years, Hero is where you will get to work with the brightest innovators, passionate about being the best in what they do.
