Job Description Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage shift operations and allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets. Monitor and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs, drives, and TIA Portal systems to ensure minimal downtime. Execute preventive maintenance schedules and perform breakdown maintenance for AC induction and servo motors. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures during shift activities. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production planning teams for smooth functioning of the shift. Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance activities. Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming, TIA Portal, and drive systems. Strong knowledge of AC induction motors and servo motors maintenance. Ability to manage manpower and handle shift operations independently. Good communication and coordination skills. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
