Selection of sample modules for preparation for testing in third party lab.
Ensure proper sun soaking of modules.
Revalidation of sun soaked modules and select the best one among them for third party lab testing.
Proper packaging and send to lab for testing.
Keep all the FTR, EL Images and IVC of selected samples for onwards reference.
Follow-up with the lab for testing of modules.
Post arrivals of modules from lab, retest these modules and analysis the data pre and post.
Select the good one module from that list and create the working bronze module for regular flasher calibration.
Create the individual working bronze module for each flasher.
Regular monitoring of bronze life.

Ensure that 100% Mining Machines are fitted with safety features as per DGMS norms. 

In-Pit Conveying system 

 Mobile crushing unit  

Trucks/Tippers/Excavators/Loaders/Dozers/ 

Plan and Install  Overhead Line in all pits and ensure proper Illumination as per DGMS norms . 

Plan for provision of power in all coal/mining pits 

Conduct fortnightly inspection of mines for proper illumination survey as per DGMS noms. 

Plan Monsoon arrangements  for mine sump De-watering , Pipeline laying , Quarry Sub-Station and Installation of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) . 

Plan,  install and maintain pumps , pipelines and drip irrigation systems for providing water to horticulture activities from mines area for  all the exisiting & proposed plantation areas  

Responsible for complete fabrication work for mines as and when required. 

Conduct Electrical Safety Audits / Reviews / Compliances 

Maintain safety standards during Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Sub-Station, Transmission and distribution lines.
