Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible to lead the team of Supervisors and Operators, providing them with technical guidance to meet sectional production targets on regular basis with focus on casting process, rejections and quality produced. The position is also responsible to focus on continuous improvement activities for the section like WPT, 5S, Kaizen etc. on a regular basis.
Monitor cost and quantity of consumables
Take inputs from Production in-charge to get update on customer requirements and discuss with supervisor and operator to achieve the shift target.
Discuss any customer related issues with Prod. In-charge and take countermeasure.
Knowledge regarding Aluminum melting, casting & heat treatment process.
Undertake effective shift planning based on manpower allocation and inventory planning in coordination with Production In-charge to achieve production targets
Send inventory requirements to Stores and Purchase department and follow up with stores and purchase to ensure timely receipt of material (Spares, Consumables)
Required Candidate profile
Knowledge about the product of alloy wheel & GDC or LPDC process
Knowledge about safety, kaizen, etc
Supervisory and manpower handling Skills
SAP knowledge is added advantage
4 Wheeler & 2 wheeler alloy wheel manufacturing LPDC / GDC background will be preferred.
Experience Any Graduate: 6~10 years of experience
