1- GDC Casting openings- Sr Engineer/Engineer/Asst Engineer.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible to lead the team of Supervisors and Operators, providing them with technical guidance to meet sectional production targets on regular basis with focus on casting process, rejections and quality produced. The position is also responsible to focus on continuous improvement activities for the section like WPT, 5S, Kaizen etc. on a regular basis.
Monitor cost and quantity of consumables
Take inputs from Production in-charge to get update on customer requirements and discuss with supervisor and operator to achieve the shift target.
Discuss any customer related issues with Prod. In-charge and take countermeasure.
Knowledge regarding Aluminum melting, casting & heat treatment process.
Undertake effective shift planning based on manpower allocation and inventory planning in coordination with Production In-charge to achieve production targets
Send inventory requirements to Stores and Purchase department and follow up with stores and purchase to ensure timely receipt of material (Spares, Consumables)
Required Candidate profile
Knowledge about the product of alloy wheel & GDC or LPDC process
Knowledge about safety, kaizen, etc
Supervisory and manpower handling Skills
SAP knowledge is added advantage
4 Wheeler & 2 wheeler alloy wheel manufacturing LPDC / GDC background will be preferred.
Experience Any Graduate: 6~10 years of experience

Responsible for monitoring and controlling quality functions at Standard Room to ensure that all the instruments are effectively working to deliver the desired performance thereby achieving department’s quality goals ¢ Monitor the cost due to issues pertaining to chemical composition, gauge, Die layout and recurring customer issues ¢ Provide inputs for Standard Room budget and ensure adherence to the same ¢ Prepare timely and accurate counter measures to address customer issues ¢ Coordinate with customers for timely approval of layout of new dies ¢ Provide overall guidance to the standard room team with regard to their day-to-day activities ¢ Ensure that the metallurgical inspections of all BOP and in house components are undertaken as per defined frequency ¢ Coordinate with suppliers for CAPA implementation through Quality Assurance Metallurgical audit ¢ Ensure that the verification and testing of all in house alloys is undertaken as per defined frequency ¢ Prepare necessary reports and maintain the data ¢ Verify Layout of new Dies and coordinate with customer for approval ¢ Study the standard room reports and identify recurring issues with gauges ¢ Ensure timely verification and calibration of all the Gauges, Instruments, and Equipments ¢ Ensure timely indent and procurement of all the new gauges as per the defined procedure and requirement ¢ Review any requests from the team for additional equipment and machinery required in standard room and provide a business case for the same to the HoD ¢ Identify areas of improvement and plan for action ¢ Undertake Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and provide the necessary guidelines and support to the production Department ¢ Ensure timely completion of all stages of Performance Appraisal Process ¢ Take responsibility for people development initiatives and building in-house capabilities for the employees in the department.
