Responsibilities:
- Prepare, record, and post journal entries related to cash transactions.
- Review and approve journal entries and supporting schedules.
- Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Assist with capital markets on deals impacting cash.
- Collaborate with payment operations to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare summary reports for financial statements.
- Research and resolve outstanding items with internal and external partners.
- Enhance daily reconciliation processes within Workday.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cash transactions and processes.
- Assist with internal/external audits and ad hoc research.
Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- In-depth understanding of GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- CPA license preferred.
