Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend), you'll leverage your expertise in JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React to develop and enhance our digital applications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our software design, guiding our architectural decisions, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our code. Your contributions will be essential in delivering high-quality software features in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Plan, design, and develop software systems and applications, focusing on enhancements and new products.
- Code Quality: Write and test high-quality code for complex applications, ensuring it meets specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate program compatibility and participate actively in the design, architecture, and build phases.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor less experienced team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Software Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages for online applications and microservices.
- Experience with automation testing and deployment scripts.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Specific expertise in DevOps, including deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in full-stack development and modern UI frameworks.
