1-Area Vehicle Service Manager

Location-Pune

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Experience in after sales operations and strong team management and collaboration skills.
You need a customer first attitude and an ability to anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations.
A fair understanding of EV technology is a definite plus.
Demonstrates an ability to control operational costs, improvise tools/equipment, sops to minimize costs.
Demonstrate the ability to scale operations and showcase value improvement.

What you bring to Ather:

We are looking for a graduate in business/engineering from a tier i/tier ii institute.
2-6 years of experience in managing service delivery operations (team of 20+ or multiple workshops).

2-Senior Digital Designer

Location- Bengaluru


Here’s what we’re looking for

Passionate and Curious to solve design-related problems

Proficiency in 3D surface modeling tools like Autodesk Alias 

Hands-on Experience in Generative modeling tools like Alias Dynamo or Grasshopper

Experience in transportation/product design and digital design-related fields is expected

4-8 years of experience with building data science based products

Experience with machine learning models, analytics, visualisation

Hands-on experience in Abaqus, Hyperworks Optistruct, Hypermesh, Ansys Mechanical, HyperStudy, Fatigue Solvers like nCode Design Life, FEMFAT.

power cables, locksets etc.

 Rich experience in peripheral component design, microcontroller / microprocessor design,

What you bring to Ather:

Bachelors or Masters in Electrical engineering or equivalent from institutes of repute.

8-10 years of relevant experience in new product development and experience is new

product launch of at least 3 products.
