About the Role: Associate Software Developer
Deltek is looking for a motivated Associate Software Developer to join its Engineering Launchpad Program in January 2025. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to deepen their skills in software development and grow in a collaborative, remote work environment.
Position Responsibilities
In this role, the Associate Software Developer will be responsible for:
- Developing web-based applications using Java.
- Building statistical and predictive models for various functional use cases.
- Performing analysis, design, coding, and testing activities.
- Ensuring software is developed on time and to high-quality standards.
- Adhering to development guidelines including code reviews, coding style, and unit testing requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
- A BS or MS degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
- Hands-on Java and SQL coding experience with RDBMS.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- The ability to work with offshore teams during irregular hours if needed.
- Knowledge of web development with HTML and JavaScript is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role in the U.S. is $47,500 to $71,250, adjusted based on the candidate’s location, experience, and skill set. Deltek also provides:
