Educational Qualification:
- B.E. in Computer Science / B.Tech in IT / MCA
Experience and Skills:
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 1+ years of Java programming experience.
- Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design.
- Knowledge in relational databases and SQL development.
- Technical Skills: C, C++, Core JAVA, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle.
Job Responsibilities
- Application Monitoring: Support B2B applications under a 24/7 support model.
- Daily Alerts: Monitor SI 6 and Oracle alerts to ensure smooth operations.
- Error Processing: Process BP error reports and monitor DL – B2B.Support emails daily.
- Weekly Reporting: Process 830 reports early in the week, reporting any issues to users.
- Trouble Ticket Management: Handle tickets, perform initial analysis, and gather information for processing.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent support to both internal and external clients.
- Reconciliation Reports: Monitor missing reconciliation reports and communicate with suppliers about any overdue or rejected transactions.
- EDI Support: Resolve inter-company EDI support issues.
