Key Responsibilities
Review requirements and systems analysis documents to ensure completeness.
Create and document designs following established patterns and standards.
Perform coding and unit testing independently and mentor team members as needed.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Support Quality Engineering (QE) teams during testing with defect fixes, code deployment, and clarifications.
Mentor developers on technology and application knowledge.
Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with Deployment Leads and peer developers for seamless project delivery.
Adhere to source control processes and ensure timely delivery of technical artifacts.
Comply with company policies and adapt to dynamic business environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: B.E / B. Tech / MCA / MSc / MTech (16+ years of formal education; correspondence courses not applicable).
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in Java/J2EE full-stack development.
Proficiency in Core Java/J2EE (Spring, Hibernate, MVC) and RESTful web services.
Expertise in ReactJS with hands-on knowledge of AngularJS/NodeJS (preferred).
Solid understanding of SQL queries and MySQL database.
Testing experience with JUnit/Spock/Groovy.
Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps tools.
Proficient in Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Spring JDBC.
Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with J Query, JSP, HTML5, and CSS.
Familiarity with Spring Boot, RabbitMQ, and JBoss.
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
Proficiency in code quality tools like Sonar, CheckStyle, and FindBug.
Healthcare domain experience in Provider/Claim/Member.
Agile development experience.
