Job Description
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you will be responsible for learning and performing daily manufacturing operations to ensure reliability and consistency in the production process. Under the guidance of mentors and experienced professionals, you will undertake independent projects to develop a thorough understanding of manufacturing operations, productivity improvement, quality enhancement, and cost optimization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Gain in-depth knowledge of the blade manufacturing process from design to delivery.
Work on learning and improvement projects in areas such as Supply Chain, Material Sourcing, Manpower Management, Productivity Improvement, Lean Project Implementation, Quality Enhancement, and Cost Optimization.
Develop a conceptual understanding of SQPCDM (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery, Morale).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to specify needs, communicate project approaches, and present outcomes.
Work within a structured operations framework, following a step-by-step process to execute tasks efficiently.
Identify and resolve issues using established procedures, seeking guidance from mentors when needed.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to the leadership team at regular intervals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited university or college.
